Surya namaskar is a combination of 12 asanas done in a sequence . It is quite a complete workout for the physical system – a comprehensive exercise form without any need for equipment. It revitalizes the body, improves flexibility, strengthens the back , improves metabolism & blood circulation . This can also be done by beginners as it is a sequence of simple asanas.

Ans: Everyone age above 12 year, even if you have never done any kind of Yoga?

You will learn

1. Pre-Session Preparation:
  • Please maintain empty stomach condition otherwise you will not be allowed to attend the program
  • Avoid eating a heavy meal at least 4 hours before the session. A light snack before 2 hr or juice or beverage before 1.5 hr.

Program Joining Conditions

1. Eligibility:
  • The workshop is specifically designed for students. Participants must be enrolled in a school, college, or university.
  • Participants should be at least 12 years old.
2. Registration:
  • All participants must complete the registration form available at Registration Form.
  • Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, and spaces are limited.
3. Health and Fitness:
  • Participants should be in good health and physically fit to perform yoga.
  • If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or are pregnant, please consult with your healthcare provider before joining the workshop and inform the instructor of your condition.

4. Consent:

  • By registering, participants (or their guardians if under 18) consent to the terms and conditions of the workshop, including the disclaimer that the studio and its representatives are not liable for any injuries or health issues that may arise during or after the workshop.
5. Preparation:
  • Participants should wear comfortable clothing suitable for yoga practice.
  • It is recommended to bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and a towel.
  • Avoid eating a heavy meal at least 2 hours before the session.
6. Punctuality:
  • Arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow for check-in and preparation.
  • Late arrivals may not be permitted to join the session to avoid disruptions.
7. Behavior:
  • Participants are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards the instructor and fellow participants.
  • Follow the studio’s code of conduct and etiquette guidelines during the session.
8. Cancellation:
  • If you need to cancel your registration, please inform us as soon as possible so that your spot can be offered to another participant.

9. Photography and Recording:
  • Photography and video recording during the session are not allowed without prior permission from the instructor and fellow participants.

Yoga-Related Conditions

  • Stay hydrated throughout the day but avoid drinking large amounts of water immediately before the session.

  • Ensure you are physically fit to participate in yoga. If you have any medical conditions or injuries, please consult with your healthcare provider before joining the workshop.
  • Inform the instructor of any pre-existing conditions or injuries before the session begins.
3. Attire:
  • Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for free movement.
  • Yoga practice is usually done barefoot. Ensure your feet are clean and free from any conditions that could affect others.
4. Equipment:
  • Bring your own yoga mat. If you don’t have one, please inform us in advance so we can make arrangements.
  • It is recommended to bring a water bottle and a small towel.
5. During the Session:
  • Follow the instructor’s guidance and cues closely to ensure proper technique and avoid injury.
  • Listen to your body and practice at your own pace. Do not push yourself beyond your limits.
  • If you feel any pain or discomfort, stop immediately and inform the instructor.
6. Breathing:
  • Practice mindful breathing throughout the session. Follow the instructor’s directions on when to inhale and exhale during poses.
  • Avoid holding your breath unless specifically instructed.
7. Post-Session Care:
  • After the session, take a few minutes to relax and let your body cool down.
  • Drink water to rehydrate and consider a light, healthy snack to replenish energy.
8. Environment:
  • Maintain silence during the session to allow everyone to focus and meditate.
  • Keep your practice area clean and organized.
9. Respect and Mindfulness:
  • Show respect to the instructor and fellow participants.
  • Maintain a positive and open attitude towards learning and practicing yoga.
10. Yoga Ethics:
  • Practice yoga with mindfulness and awareness.
  • Respect your body’s limits and do not compare your practice to others.
  • Yoga is a personal journey; focus on your own progress and well-being.
